Update Your Information

It is necessary that our office and UnitedHealthcare Student Resources (UHCSR) have your updated personal information, including your local/campus address, in order for you to receive mailings or file claims.

***Address updates in Banner will take approximately four (4) business days to reflect in UHCSR.  Please contact the SI office if after this time your address is not correct.
 

UI-Integrated Self Service site:

  1. Login using your Net ID and password
  2. Click on the appropriate campus
  3. Go to Personal Information tab
  4. Click Personal Information
  5. Click Addresses and Phones
  6. Select Mailing Address
  7. Update your mailing address and information to match your local/campus address
  8. Click Submit
