ID Cards

• UnitedHealthcare Student Resources (UHCSR) will NOT automatically send you an insurance ID Card.  You must create a My Account or log-in through UHCSR and from there you will be able to print your ID Card. 
• The card is good for the length of the academic year.  Each fall semester you will need to print out a new card.
