Update Your Information
It is necessary that our office and UnitedHealthcare Student Resources (UHCSR) have your updated personal information, including your local/campus address, in order for you to receive mailings or file claims.
***Address updates in Banner will take approximately four (4) business days to reflect in UHCSR. Please contact the SI office if after this time your address is not correct.
UI-Integrated Self Service site:
- Login using your Net ID and password
- Click on the appropriate campus
- Go to Personal Information tab
- Click Personal Information
- Click Addresses and Phones
- Select Mailing Address
- Update your mailing address and information to match your local/campus address
- Click Submit
