Update Your Information

It is necessary that our office and UnitedHealthcare Student Resources (UHCSR) have your updated personal information, including your local/campus address, in order for you to receive mailings or file
claims.

You must update BOTH of these sites:

  • UI-Integrated system
  • UHCSR system

UI-Integrated Self Service site:
1) Login using your Net ID and password
2) Click on the appropriate campus
3) Go to Personal Information tab
4) Click Personal Information
5) Click Addresses and Phones
6) Select Mailing Address
7) Update your mailing address and information to match your local/campus
address
8) Click Submit

UHCSR system:
1) Login to your My Account
2) Click My Profile in the upper right hand corner
3) Click Explore under Personal Information
4) Click Edit to update
